A deposit confirms your appointment
We always ask for a deposit when you book. Preparing your treatment — heating the sauna, jacuzzi and equipment — starts well before you arrive, so the deposit makes your slot definite.
Payment methods
Bank transfer or cash — both for your deposit and for the balance on the day.
